No refunds will be offered for investments except if the plan you’ve invested in is:
Plan is completely non-functional.
Plan description was fully misleading.
Asked for Support and didn't get any response in three business days.
- then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
It has been more than 3 days after your investment and you even didn't added at least one ticket to our support with a real issue.
Promotional Plans / Discount plans / Bundle Offer plans are non-refundable.
You have changed your mind about a plan.
You invested in a plan by mistake.
The plan was invested in by your employee or friends from your account which he/she had legal access.
You refused to provide our support staff access to your dashboard to investigate the plans you are having issues with.
We offer a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the investment. 

-In this case we have the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable causes.

Please also note that:
Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
We normally charge 10% as Refund Processing fee.
You can cancel your account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
